1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Securiky (Nodeviv Smart Automation Solutions Private Limited), including security equipment, monitoring services, and add-on services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT: Our security systems are customized for each installation. Once installed and activated, most components cannot be resold, making our refund policy necessarily restrictive.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 No Refund Policy
As a general rule, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not offer refunds for:
- Activated monitoring services
- Installed equipment
- Customized security solutions
- Service fees already rendered
- Installation charges
- Add-on services (guard services, insurance facilitation)
2.2 Reasons for No-Refund Policy
- Equipment is programmed specifically for your location
- Installation involves permanent modifications to your property
- Monitoring services are immediately activated
- Security equipment cannot be reused for safety reasons
3. Limited Exceptions
3.1 Pre-Installation Cancellation
- Timing: Within 48 hours of order placement AND before installation begins
- Refund Amount: 90% of equipment cost (10% processing fee applies)
- Conditions:
- No equipment must have been dispatched
- Installation appointment not scheduled
- Written cancellation request required
3.2 Failed Installation
- Situation: Our team determines installation is technically impossible
- Refund Amount: 100% of amount paid
- Timeline: Within 15 days of failed installation attempt
- Note: Rare occurrence, as we conduct site surveys
3.3 Equipment Defects (Covered Under Warranty)
- Not a Refund: Defective equipment is replaced, not refunded
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
- Process: See warranty terms in Terms & Conditions
- No Cash Refunds: Replacement only policy
3.4 Duplicate Payment
- Situation: Accidental double payment
- Refund Amount: Full duplicate amount
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after verification
- Process: Contact customer support with transaction details
4. Service-Specific Policies
4.1 Monitoring Services
- Monthly Plans: No refund for partial months
- Annual Plans: No refund after activation
- Prepaid Services: Non-refundable once service period begins
- Auto-Renewal: Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges
4.2 Installation Services
- Completed Installation: Non-refundable
- Cancelled Appointments:
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Less than 24 hours: ₹500 cancellation fee
- No-show: Full installation charge applies
4.3 Security Guard Services
- Monthly Service: Non-refundable after month begins
- Unused Days: Not refunded upon cancellation
- Service Issues: Addressed through service credits, not refunds
4.4 Premium Care Plan
- Annual Plans: Non-refundable after activation
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month
- Claims Made: No refund after any claim processed
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Service Activation
- Equipment orders: See Section 3.1
- Monitoring services: Full refund if cancelled before activation
5.2 After Service Activation
- Monitoring: 60 days notice required, no refund
- Guard Services: 30 days notice required, no refund
- Equipment: Cannot be cancelled after installation
5.3 Early Termination
- Contract termination fees apply as per Terms & Conditions
- No refund of prepaid amounts
- Equipment must be returned or purchased
6. Refund Process
6.1 How to Request

6.2 Processing Time
- Review Period: 5-7 business days
- Approval/Denial: Email notification
- Refund Processing: 15-20 business days after approval
6.3 Refund Method
- Same payment method used for purchase
- Bank transfers for cash/cheque payments
- No cash refunds under any circumstances
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1 Fraudulent Chargebacks
- Immediate service termination
- Legal action for breach of contract
- Reporting to credit agencies
- Equipment deactivation
7.2 Dispute Resolution
- Contact us before initiating chargebacks
- We will investigate all legitimate concerns
- Mediation available for unresolved issues
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Relocation
- Within Service Area: Transfer fee applies, no refund
- Outside Service Area:
- Equipment buyout option available
- No refund for unused service period
- Early termination fees apply
8.2 Force Majeure
- No refunds for service interruptions due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Pandemic restrictions
- Other events beyond our control
8.3 Death or Incapacity
- Contract may be terminated without penalty
- Proof required (death certificate/medical certificate)
- Prorated refund for annual prepaid services only
9. What This Policy Doesn’t Cover
- Change of mind
- Financial hardship
- Dissatisfaction with service (address through support)
- False alarm fines
- Third-party service charges
- Insurance premiums
- Damages or losses despite system presence
11. Customer Acknowledgments
- Security systems are preventive, not guaranteed protection
- Installation is customized and permanent
- Services begin immediately upon activation
- You have read and understood this policy
12. Government Mandated Refunds
Notwithstanding above policies, refunds will be provided if:
- Required by Consumer Protection Act
- Ordered by Consumer Court
- Mandated by government regulations
- Directed by legal authorities

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
